Welcome to Emmett's of Peasenhall, a Rick Stein Food Hero! Suffolk hams and bacon made in a traditional manner. Mild cured, gently smoked or the sweet pickled, a great black Suffolk ham. The production of these all takes place on the premises behind our shop. All the pork we use for our hams and bacon comes from four local Suffolk farms.
