Lavender smoked ham was well received last year so I have decided to continue the flavour this Christmas. Lavender is a natural food flavour and a natural disinfectant. My lavender comes from Henry Head of Norfolk Lavender, Britians oldest lavender farm.

Lavender smoked bacon
All bacon is sliced using an 80-year old hand operated Avery Berkel bacon slicer. Can be sliced to thickness required.
1 kilo = approximately 4 x 250g packets.
Smaller quantities will be sent by post (1-2 packets), larger quantities will be sent by courier (up to 30 kilos £8.95).
Prices are per kilo.
