A fabulous 7 month old air dried beef. Rich, strong with a wonderful colour. Try it with some crusty bread, slices of fresh peach, fig or orange, drizzled with olive oil. Plus a glass of rioja!

Chorizo Spicy or Mild
Delicious with a great texture. My favourite is the picante (spicy). Par boil some potatoes and place into a baking tray. Add some pieces of broccoli, strips of red pepper and a whole head of garlic. Pour over some extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and a place in a hot oven.
Five minutes before the vegetables are cooked, slice and dry fry the chorizo. Add to the vegetables. It is even better cold the following morning!
