Welcome to Emmett's Store

Emmett's Store is the oldest artisan ham and bacon producer in the UK. Established in 1820 and still residing and operating from its original premises in Peasenhall, Suffolk.

This family business is famous for its Suffolk Black Ham and its Traditional Bacon which was recently featured on James Martin Saturday Morning Kitchen show and Felicity Cloake’s book Red Sauce Brown Sauce: A British Breakfast Odyssey!

All of our gammons are from pigs that are farmed 100% free range  by the Butler family at Blythburgh. Only 3% of the pigs farmed in the UK are 100% free range.
